Metal Mouth Message Board

im on my first tray and there almost completely invisable. My girlfriend couldnt even tell but couple things im concerned about. My IPR's are .4 mm between teeth (so .4mm each tooth). Is that normal ? or alot of teeth being shredded. Also i feel like one of my back teeth is getting smaller. Is that possible?

thats not a ton of IPR. I wouldnt want to do much more(depending on the size of your teth) but that is well within acceptable limits
