Mouthwash?

Hi!
Just curious...I know obviously you can use mouthwash when you're aligners arent in, but can you use mouthwash while you're aligners are in? Are should you just stick with listerine packs? Thanks for the help!

I have used mouthwash in between cleanings with my aligners in before and have had no problems yet (Im on #13 of 22)....I find it helps me curb bad breath

The first and last time that I used mouthwash while the aligners were in, it was pretty nasty. The green listerine settled into the aligners and it left me with green-looking teeth

I didn't waste any time taking out the aligners out and rinsing them off. So not only may the prolonged contact be bad for your teeth, it is also not attractive.
