I've pm'd you.

Hi, your treatment plan sounds really similar to mine, just wondering how you're finding it and how long the various bits are taking you?

Hi. Well basically I haven't started yet as im not at all happy with my treatment plan. They want me to wear sectional fixed brces for 12 months! And then aligners for bout 16 months. If that's the case I wouldn't have opted for a clear aligner treatment. They gave me two options both of which just seem really silly to me kuz they want either braces on the teeth for a year or the other option f taking a front tooth out and then wear braces! -I am not loosing a front tooth lol. So I ain't happy at allGF86 wrote:Hi, your treatment plan sounds really similar to mine, just wondering how you're finding it and how long the various bits are taking you?

Hey, yup I've started, 2 weeks ago I had my 4 second premolars extracted and on wednesday I had my sectional braces fitted. I won't lie, it's not been pleasant but after a long hard think about it I realised that the reason my teeth aren't straight is cause there's just no room! The only way I'll ever get them straight is to make more space. Like you I also got offered the middle bottom tooth removal as a 'second best option' but that wasn't for me either.
The clear aligners sound like a miracle cure don't they but I guess there are limitations to the movements they can achieve, I hope you find something that works for you!
