My new path to surgery.

Hello to the whole forum, I am a 43 year old Italian man.
I have a problem of dental malocclusion, in particular I have a third skeletal class head to head with bilateral posterior crossbite.
Following some problems, I finally decided to start my path that will lead me to the operation that will take me from the skeletal third class to a first class.
Let's hope everything goes well.
