Any surgeons that do MSDO?

I would be really grateful if anyone knew where I could find information on MSDO or how to get it, or anyone's experiences with it. I currently have teeth that have been pushed outwards for both jaws orthodontically (which never fixed the narrow, high arched palate anyway, so that was kind of a waste), so I'm not sure if it would be better to let the teeth relapse to their correct positions or if it's safe to just expand right now. I have small arches on both my upper and lower jaws and would rather not go through extractions. Any info is appreciated!
