SARPE under local anesthesia

Hello board! I'm hoping to compile a list of doctors who perform SARPE without general anesthesia. Does anyone know of any? Thank you so much!

I don't know of any, but it doesn't seem like a surgery that I'd want to have under local anesthesia. Extreme yikes.
