Insurance coverage in Wisconsin

Insurance coverage in Wisconsin
Hello, I am new to this forum. My daughter has a class 3 malocclusion and requires a upper and lower jaw surgery. I cannot find ANY insurance in Wisconsin that covers any portion of this surgery. Many in fact have explicit exclusion clauses written into them regarding malocclusion and TMJ surgery. We are looking at over $60,000 for the surgery. Does anyone know of any insurance in Wisconsin which will cover any part of this surgery? I would appreciate any help I can get.
