Weird chin and lip pain?

Hello, I’m 1 month post op and for the last two weeks(maybe more) I’ve been feeling some kind of weird pain or like burning ants walking down my chin and lip haha.
When I lie down it maximizes.
Is it just the nerves or should I be worried?

Can't sleep because I'm so excited to get my splint out tomorrow! Oh yah....and two small arch bars on the top. I can't wait to look semi-normal again and not have to explain why I have this thing in my mouth! I'm hoping my smile will look a little better afterwards too! Who would have thought I would be so excited to *just* have braces!!!!

I didn’t have a splint but I had very thight rubber bands and i don’t have to wear them since day before yesterday.
It’s such a difference!
You’ll feel much better.
