Ive read that some people said they felt like they had loose skin or a double chin after having an underbite corrected through jaw surgery... Has anyone had double jaw surgery for an overbite where both jaws were moved forward and if so, did you find your skin under your chin/neck was tighter afterwards?

I've never had jaw surgery but when I was looking into it many years ago I wrote to a woman who'd had it done. She told me her bottom jaw was advanced forward. This helped tighten her jawline like a mini-facelift. She sent me a before and after photo. She was in her 40's.

I had MMA and less turkey neck with definite small changes in facial appearance.
