Very sorry to hear all that, it sounds terrible.
My advice would be to have the surgeon, orthodontist, and your dentist send you all your medical records including X-rays, tracings, treatment plan, operation report, etc. and consult with a different oral/maxillofacial surgeon and orthodontist.
Orthognathic surgery is indicated for exactly your type of deformity, and is stable in the long-term for the vast majority of patients. You should not be having the complications you're having unless your case was very complex. While it is possible you're just unlucky, do you really want to take another chance with the same people who couldn't solve your problem the first time? Get a second opinion, it's standard practice, ESPECIALLY when your first surgery was unsuccessful.
Try to search the forums and find a recommend clinician near you (you're only an hour or so plane ride away from some of the best jaw surgeons in the world).
Remember, this is your body, and you will have to live with it the rest of your life, so you can't worry about what others think, least of all people who don't have your problems.
