"Shorter, more comfortable, surgery hooks"

#1 Post by sirwired »

I got my surgical hooks today for my surgery one week from today. My ortho alleges that these are shorter and more comfortable than the ones he used a few years ago. If that's the case, I'd really hate to have the "longer, less comfortable" version!

I am having my surgery the day after you!
Although I had my hooks fitted weeks ago. I don't find them uncomfortable, but for the first few days it felt like I had loads of food stuck in my braces. And I keep on fiddling with the hooks too (I know I shouldn't!)
Good luck for Tuesday :)
