Cheek implants

I´ve had surgery, Lefort 1, lower, and sliding genio. I´ve always had a narrow face, which has been more narrow due to extractions pre surgery. I feel my genio (which all in all was a good thing, improved my profile), has made my face even more narrow. I also weigh about 20 punds less than I did before I started treatment, so this might be it.

Well, is there anyone here who has had cheek implants to widen a face/get more defined cheeks? What are your experiences? Can a regular plastic surgeon perform this?
