So my question concerns how long it takes an orthodontist to get you prepared for surgery. I do realize everyone is different, but do orthodontists have an idea of when you will be ready, or do you just have to wait (and wait and wait and wait) until they are satisfied with where things are?
(yeah I know, I may have just answered my question, but hearing other people's experiences would be nice!)
