Facial profile - Needs aesthetic improvements?

Hello all,

I've been through orthodontics once as a teenager, and recently my bite has opened up a bit. Therefore, I've decided to pursue treatment for a second time, but I'm still not decided on jaw surgery for my case. I have a recessive chin that just looks too far back to me. I'm stressin about the looks side of it because part of the reason I'm going back for treatment has to do with this.

I also notice the relationship between my nose and chin is anything but idea.

What do you think about going the surgical route as well as orthodontics? MY other option is to intrude my upper teeth to close the bite, and this is the more conservative option, but I'm worried about still having aesthetic problems after that.

P.S. I've notice the way my lips fit together looks a bit "off" as well...
