The most I lost was about 4 or 5 pounds from what I was before surgery. As the swelling went down and it became easier to eat (drink) I got back to normal pretty quickly. I ate pretty constantly though, downed one of those shakes just about every 1.5 to 2 hours.

Both surgeries about 12 to 15 lbs. I think I eat fairly well with the blender, but there's no way I can consume the calories I do "normally".

I am normally thin so I gained 14 pounds to prepare for surgery. After surgery I lost 12 pounds the first 10 days. The following 3 weeks I gained back 5 pounds.

Gained 15 pounds to prepare and lost 20. I knew in advance I would lose more weight than most due to my metabolism.

I lost 10lbs but I've put a couple back on now.
I've been losing weight since March so the added 10lbs was very welcome, I'm really happy with my weiht now and I'm trying to maintain it.

I lost about 7 pounds...still eating soft/mushy foods but I'm adding softer solid foods cut into little pieces, so I'm able to get some better nutrition

I'm only 2 weeks post-op, so not the best judge.. but so far: Lost about half a stone in the first two or three days post-op, have now gained a couple of pounds of that back and my weight seems to have stabilised.

I've been allowed soft "non-chew" food like mashed potato and things though, so I've been managing much better than I imagined diet-wise which I why I think I seem to have stopped-loosing weight (fingers crossed on that one).

During SARPE I lost around 10lbs.... and people commented on how thin I was.

I'm definitely going go on a massive binge before my operation, eat over 3,000 calories a day and after my operation to make my liquid diet high calorie as possible. :D

I've lost 10 pounds since the surgery (7 days). I was hoping not to lose any, since I had trouble gaining. Hopefully I will stop losing when they get my stomach issues figured out.

First operation lost 22 pounds, after surgery three (almost two weeks ago) I am still in Ketosis and have lost a further 9 pounds. We are not monitored here in England in regards to weight loss. New figure is great, just feel exhausted! :D
