should i get it before during or after surgery? i want to do it at thesame time so i could get it over with but i dont know, what do you think?

Lots of people have asked about this, and usually the recommendation is to wait since there are changes in the shape of the nose that come from jaw surgery alone...you may be happy with these results and not even need the rhinoplasty.

Plus, recovery is hard enough...I wouldn't add to it (especially with the nose since it's difficult to breathe through the nose after upper jaw surgery anyway).

Maybe it would be beneficial to create a FAQ for all those repeated questions. charlsie142's answer is cover this subject pretty well.

It's also good when people use the search function before posting a question that has been asked many times.
