I'm sure we both will have busy tomorrows. We're going to go to church, load up the van and head on three hour road trip to my parents. Then Lady iBorg and I'll get up at 5:00 am and go to the hospital. I'm the first case and need to be at the hospital at 6:00 am. The kids are sleeping in. Then they'll join me sometime on Monday. I expect I'll sleep most of the day or be out of it.

I hope both our experiences are none eventful.

Audra:
Thanks for the well wishes. I'm hopeful that my surgeon has a really good day on Monday.

iBorg--You saying you hope your surgeon has a good day on Monday reminded me of when mine told me the day before that I should try to get a good night's sleep. I told him I would be sleeping plenty the next day and that he was the one I wanted to get a good night's sleep!

Anyway, best of luck to you, Tazzle, Blindboarder, and anyone else who is on their way to the other side this coming week. Can't wait to hear how you all did! :D

I'm post op.

This is rougher than I imagined.

It will be worth it (I hope).

Welcome back, iBorg. Hang in there--day three is about the worst, then it will slowly start improving.

Blindboarder--you out there?? How was your surgery?

Congrats on making it to the other side Mike. I know you are feeling rough, but hang in there. I'm sure it will get better soon. Glad to see you on the boards again though. :D

Of course, I have no idea how you feel yet, as my turn isn't until sometime in the fall....

Congrats on making it through! It's gonna suck for a bit but I'm sure things will improve drastically in a week or two. Let us know how it goes, the goods and bads.
