Hiya, has anyone got any scars left from their op? I was told that i would have two small insisions on either side of my face during the peration and that i would get two very small scars that would heal and fade within the next 2 weeks. Well on my right side the scar had healed and by the second week was virtualy gone and no mark was left, However my elft side the insision kept bleeding and causing new scabs and at week 6 i am left with a large red scar on my face, im told it will gradualy fade over the years overwise i could have another operation to remove it ahh. They never told me this would happen before and after this surgery there is no way i would want another operation unless its for my health
I have the same problem only with my right side. There is this big red circle..it kept scabbing up as well. The OS told me to rub polysporin on it or Vitamin E..it's not really going away and I'm almost 8 weeks post op grr..so I know how you feel!
