Hey all,
I'm Kacs and in 21. I had my rpe put in on 9/1 and to this date my palate has expanded! However last week when my mom turned to key, my left premolar band snapped. The Dr. cut the front of it and recemented it. Now the left back molar band snaped and the whole left side is hanging down in my mouth. I have an appointment with him tomorrow and he said he would take it out and make something to put in my mouth later tomorrow night to hold the space. What could he possible put in or do? Would I have to start this all over again? Has anyone else ever dealt with this problem? Please help.

thanks guys and gals. I went to the dr today and he took out the rpe and gave me an essex retainer to hold the positions for 2 months.
This is alot less painful!:)
