Congratulations! I have 9 days before I can join the ranks of the "newly braced" crowd. I can't hardly wait.

Whew, I hope I can make it  My husband just offered to take me out for "My last steak dinner", before I get braced!!! I can't wait for either of them!

Great Linda!!! Many congratulations for this wonderful day. You are absolutely right. Even I do not care about not being able to eat for a while, if it makes my smile better :D

We will love to see the pics if you have any, before and after braces :P

Cheers!

Congrats!!!! It is SO SO worth it! I advise on taking some sort of pain medication (Ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc.) right when you wake up because more than likely you WILL be hurting soon; but I hope it's not too bad :) Good luck! I am so excited for you :D :D :D

You guys know what i never had any pain, i got them on monday. Wednesday it felt real tight so i did had to take pain meds then but that has been the only time. The only problem Iam having is that its hard for me to bite down when i eat so sometimes i just have to swallow my food, but other than that im doing great. Feels funny though toting my little mouth bag around with me everywhere i go cause we have to take care of them, but so far all is good. im real excited about it. Hope everyone else is doing great also. Also i havent had any cuts on my lip, no wax or anything. Did have a few popped off brackets 4 to be exact, but that is taken care of. Next adjustment sept 19, cant wait.
