does anyone know if this can be used on adults? a orthodontist said it couldn't but i read elsewhere on one of the forums here that is indeed used for adults as well.

There was a guy on reddit that seemed to have results with it. I think most probably it only moved his teeth and not the jaw itself. He said he had no joint pain and was happy with it, I hope so very much it is 100% true but I still have doubts :(
I also would love to hear other people’s opinions and experiences.
