Abandonned with TMJD

Hi,
My teeth don't fit and its causing my jaw problems. I had my bite pressure tested, was totally uneven, then had an acrylic splint which worked.
I'm in braces but my ortho has messed up and my bite is worse. We had a big argument and he won't see me anymore. I think he's going to write a horrible report about me to put anyone else off.
Specifically, my molars are slightly differrent heights and angles. they don't fit at all but its 'class 1' so i get told its fine. its crazy. When i swallow one side catches first and it puts wierd pressure on my jaw.
Does anyone know a great orthodontist in London or England that will actually treat this problem?
