Bite down on permanent retainer

#1 Post by Fiatbraces »

I had pasta and bit down on a hard bit with my front teeth and it bit down onto my permanent retainer. Feeling the permanent retainer with my tongue it feels fine but worried it may have become loose and I may not know about it?

Would I know if the permenant retainer had de bonded from one of the teeth? Thanks
