Bite Turbos Falling Off IN sleep

#1 Post by NPmetalmouth »

Hi everyone. I have had damon braces and bite turbos for 2 months now. I go back to my ortho April 1. I have 4 bite turbos on my 4 upper front teeth. (Well HAD)... I've been stressed at work and believe that I am clenching my teeth in my sleep because I have woken up twice in the past week with a bite turbo in my mouth or bed. I have 2 more left and my ortho said as long as 1 is on I'm fine.

My question is - has anyone experienced grinding or clenching in sleep leading to bite turbos falling off??

Anything I can do to keep it from happening??
