Losing lip support after braces are off

Hello everyone. This is a question for those who got their braces off already. Right now I really like my lip profile. Will that change once that brackets come off? I'm curious to know if the extra few mm from the brackets help support your lip profile while they're on. Thanks!

I'm curious about this too. My lips are nicer with braces, and I fear they will go bye-bye when I get my braces off. Not too surprising at my age (just turned 57). This is one of the benefits of braces!

Just got my braces off today, I haven’t noticed a difference in how my lips look :)
Damon Metal. 18 months.
Fixing: Overbite, overjet, crowding.
