Burstone's Intrusion Arch - How fast does it work?

#1 Post by Silentpsmith »

I've just had Burstone's Intrusion Arch put on my braces. It'll be intruding three teeth (front one and two next to it).
I'm wondering if anyone has any idea at roughly how fast it works? What the mm per month movement might be?
From what I can see, I need about 2-3mm. I know they'res a myriad of factors that would need to be taken into account, but a very rough estimate would be helpful. I'm 29 months into a 24month treatment and eager to be done lol.
Thanks!
