Orthodontic bite block causing me to swallow too much air

#1 Post by Braces722 »

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum but I have a problem I have bite block for my braces to not bite down in them on both sides of my rear teeth and because of this my mouth is not fully closed and I tend to swallow too much air when I breathe or when I eat or drink, it is unbearable! Especially that I have anxiety and I cannot breathe properly thru my nose It makes it worse!! I don't know what to do. Has anyone else experienced this!?!?

Thank you.
