Elastics without hooks?

My treatment plan involves a lot of elastic work, in the back and the front and basically everywhere. The only teeth with hooks are the molars, everything else is just plain brackets. I expected hooks on pretty much every bracket.
I thought you had to have hooks for elastics. Has anybody had elastics without hooks?

Some bracket systems, like Damon metal, have small holes in the wings where the ortho can add/remove hooks as needed. I suspect this is why you don't have hooks just yet.

Or you will get small metal ligatures which forms hooks

I can't edit, so a new post. These kobayashis are actually quite comfortable compared to the regular hooks as you can bend them a little inward for normal use and outward when putting in the elastics and they are really small too
