Your teeth look excellent! How much longer do you have?
•Braces placed August 14, 2014
•Deband November 11, 2015
•Permanent retainer top and bottom
•Essix retainers top and bottom 16 hr/day for a year and then nightly afterwards.

You look great. I've been in the finishing stage for a while, waiting for one last gap to close. Hopefully only another couple of months. June will be 31 months.

Looking really good! Getting the final details right is so worth the extra effort. I've been at the finishing stage for a month and guess I have a couple more to go to get everything just perfect but would rather that than finish too soon and regret not taking the time.

Im not sure how much longer I have really. Ortho wont give me more than we are getting close. But at my last apt we talked and I told him id rather wear them longer to make it perfect than for him to pull them off now, and maybe have issues down the road. I am in the strongest rubberbands they make and he said to double up on them to get a nice tight bite. Also switched to wire ties to get things to move faster as well. We will see what he says this weeks...

Lol! Ugh, I have just started my finishing stages and you are so right about it taking forever. I just finished an adjustment and I gad gone in thinking the Ortho was going to say all done, but nope. I had mine put on March 6, 2014 so it has been almost 16 months. But it is starting to feel like an eternity. I think the closer I get the more excited I get about them coming off. He says my alignment is good but I have an over jet and class II malocclusion. So a different elastic configuration and I go back in 6 weeks. I had a build up/bite ramp put on day 1, so my back teeth haven't touched in over a year. Iits getting closer to touching but not quite yet. 'm am so ready to be done. I had my hopes up to be done by the end of summer. Now I'm just hoping I will be done by Halloween.
