Probably like many of you, I've developed a bit of an obsession with watching Youtube videos about braces throughout my journey as they are a great source of motivation! So I thought I'd put together a list of my favourite vloggers with adult braces, and my favourite videos about the experience of having braces in general. Ronnie has just got her braces off and I couldn't be happier for her! She is funny, bubbly and positive which makes her videos all the more entertaining and inspirational!

Alyssa is a Youtube beauty guru and the documentation of her braces journey benefits from her experience with makeup tutorials. She includes really great details and closeups - she is also hilarious, and also recently got her braces off.

If you've searched Youtube for videos on adult braces you will have definitely come across Molly. Again, she is now finished her braces journey and her documentation is very thorough and also includes cleaning tips and other pearls of wisdom.

Carmie is so lovely, and again really positive about braces - which is definitely what we need, particularly when starting out. She's still partway through her journey so there's more updates to look forward to.

Sara's braces videos are really popular - probably because they're extremely thorough and well shot. From detailed descriptions of her treatment to ligature colours and staining, she's got it covered. She's now got them off.
