you mean does not have a lig on it...

It depends....When i had wire ligs to hold a tooth or a few teeth in place, sometimes the rubber band ligs would not be able to fit around the bracket properly so at the beginning they would fall off and i wouldn't notice until i went to brush my teeth (prob swallowed a few)

But after a while the ortho/assistant stop trying to force them onto the bracket if they kept coming back off.....
t
thankfully there were always in the back so it would not affect the "look" of my ligs to the front if i smiled

Lol...i didnt say call up and be annoying......

I was just telling u that sometimes it done on purpose and other times prob not....

But ligs are important tho...
Holds the wire in place so that it can put pressure on the tooth to shift it into whatever position.

I have one tooth that didn't get a ligature till the 2nd or maybe 3rd adjustment, can't exactly remember. that tooth had a tooth that went behind it.. when the other tooth moved in line, the tooth that didn't have a ligature got one  probably not a mistake.

That has happened to me few times. Turns out , she had forgotten to put one on a bracket . It is best if you call her just to make sure . Although , it shouldn't make much difference , as long as you got your wire on.. You should be good.
