Quick fix with braces for one month. Such a thing possible?

So I've already had and completed my treatment a while ago.
I was very happy with my teeth until my wisdom teeth started to crowd them a little.
I'm not being crazy I am absolutely certain that my teeth were crowded a little and it really sucks.
After treatment the wisdom teeth were barely out, and then slowly started to come.
I have removed the top two wisdom teeth already and now I really want my teeth to look how they did when I removed the braces.
Can an ortho do a very quick touch up? Would that be just as expensive?
