Hi guys. I just want some info... I got my braces and palate expander 07-aug-2013 and I heard that you are not supposed to get them at the same time? And I don't have the one that you adjust with a key yourself, mine kinda looks like a "w" shaped wire againt my palate can anyone please give me some tips I may not know of? Oh and I'm 22.
