Had my ortho consult the other day and she is wanting me to wear a flat plane splint to sleep for a couple of months before I get braces. Didn't know really if this was a temporary or permanent deal. I'm getting my braces in January after my wedding and am pretty nervous about it all. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience or advice on this.
