Lip Problems!!!

As already mentioned before, I have a skeletal overbite and overjet, and A VERY VERY severe one. What I am concerned about next is the proper posture and proper closing of the lips. Apparently my lips close just fine(according to wat I think). My question is: After my entire “orthodontic camouflage treatment” is complete, will my lips close properly??? Because if they a going to bring my lower jaw forward through “Class II (malocclusion) ELASTICS” I don’t think my lips are going to close properly are they??? If u have got ur overbite and/or overjet corrected through rubber bands pls answer me... pls help me :)
