SARPE, LeFort I, and Braces...yay!

I'm 32...I had braces as a kid, but ended up having 4 teeth extracted. I have a really narrow upper jaw, underbite, and crossbite. I just got my insurance approval for SARPE and LeFort I (next year). I'm paying out of pocket for braces.

I'm having SARPE in August of this year with sedation. I had the choice of general or sedation and I'm sure I'm in the minority who chose the latter over the former ;)

I'll post some pictures tonight when I get home from work.
