I will be sure to start a new thread highligting my new smile when I do. I went to a routine monthly appointment today at the ortho and he did an occulusal adjustment along with my usual replacment of powerchains. He told me next month they are doing impressions and the appointment after that the braces are coming off. OMG I am so happy this is finally coming to an end but boy has the time flown by. I will end up with two bonded retainers and a removal one to boot. I can hardly wait for June and estastcic they will be off before summer. Corn on the cob here I come lol. That is the only food I miss eating and haven't touched in braces. Everything else I eat with no problem and have never broken a bracket( popcorn, nuts, starbusts, bagels) Ive eaten it all with zero problems.

Just a little encouragement to those just starting: The pain and discomfort I did have through this process was so worth it because I love my smile and my self confidence and self esteem have risen. The experience was worth it and you can and will get through this process.
