Shorting up front teeth after braces

#1 Post by Ice runner »

hi all,

Soon I will be done with my treatment and I was talking with my ortho. He said, he would like to shorten up my front 2 teeth (cutting them up). Now they are kind of a "rabbit style"
How do they do that and anything about consequences? Will teeth be normal, any sore or sth? Is anybody sorry for doing that? I can´t decide what to do, please any advice.

thanks

Shouldnt be sore, should be no negative consequences. I do this practically every day.

They can shorten your teeth with just braces alone too.. unless you have an extreme bunny teeth syndrome, loll.
