Third Adjustment tom. Question

#1 Post by kjw1214 »

SO, I go in for my third adjustment tom. Have had the partial braces for about four months now, and they have finally started to pull my out of place canine back into its place that was left by the extracted tooth. My question for you all is... are they going to pull it down so that it sits level with the other canine, or will they leave this akward uneveness i have going on now. I know you will say to ask my ortho, but i dont want to sound dumb so im asking you all what you think first... AND!!!

I have a power chain, small one that it is it only spans two teeth. I was thinking of getting it in a color, what do you think wont look weird on that one side of my mouth? OK ttyl! Hope all is well with everyone. :D

Most likely your ortho will try to even it out. If it is detrimental to the health of that tooth, then they may leave it shorter and just have you get bonding to even that tooth out. I would count on the tooth being brought into it's pretty place though.
