I can't imagine having them myself and re-doing them every meal (I eat many mini-meals throughout the day). But I guess you gotta do what you gotta do!

It's not so bad. I had that formation plus box elastics on premolars on both sides for a while (4 all up) and you learn to reattach them pretty fast. And they really do move teeth.

I have 2 triangles up front and some boxes on my molars way in the back.. The first time I had taken them it took me a good 10 minutes to get them back on, now I can remove them and put them back on in a few seconds and can "one-shot" the triangle ones =p

I found the box formation to be much more annoying than triangles. :)
