I know what you mean! My premolars on top (the molars closest to the front of the mouth) have had significant movement and I sometimes notice that if i touch my tounge to the gums around those teeth it tickles. Its a little bit strange, but I think it attributes to the fact that when teeth move gums may become a teeny bit loose and therefore more sensitive? Not sure - that's my personal diagnosis : )

jt2lang, wowzers...I only had one senstive tooth and that just started. I asked my brother and he said it's because I brush a little too hard with my manual toothbrush. Therefore, I have lightened up on my brushing at work and use my sonicare on the lower setting whenever possible.

The tickling of the gums has somewhat subsided and am just waiting for what comes up next.
