Is it harmful to wear double rubberbands? My lower spaces are being VERY stubborn, and one is almost closed.. I'm supposed to get them off in August (finished or not) and I would prefer to have these closed and done with so we can move on! But at the same time I don't want to harm my teeth or gums.. any advice?
