One of my favorite foods in the whole world is nachos. There is a Mexican restaurant in my town that I used to go to religiously on Thursday nights because it's 1/2 price nacho night. Since I got my braces, I've been very afraid to even try to eat tortilla chips and have been going through some serious withdrawal. Maybe I will go and have a try.... be brave. I have just been worried about what I would tell my orthodontist if I was eating food on the off-limits list and broke off a bracket. Sheesh...

I can usually handle the nachos. Those ones you get as appetizers usually get pretty soggy with all the stuff on them--especially the ones in the middle. It makes them pretty easy to eat. It is the thick really crunchy ones that you have to watch out for.

That's what I've been thinking as well. Okay, so I'll go in and have some and I'll report back on how it went. Thanks for the vote of confidence, Jill.
