So at my appointment today I was told I get my braces removed next time!!!! YAY! The end is finally here. Have had them 18 months. Now my question is about retainers. He said he would put permanent retainers on top and bottom on the backs of my teeth. Will I be able to eat what I want with those there? Also will I still have to wear the clear retainers at night? I want to be able to eat candy and popcorn and steak, I love all those things and have went without for 18 months!! Any help would be great guys!!
