made the appts!

hey everyone,

i talked to my dentist today and she agrees with my ortho that
i should get the braces! so scary! and yet kind of exciting.
so i went ahead and made the next ortho appts, but they won't be until
the winter as i work abroad in january. i can't believe i'm going through with this. can someone explain to me what spacers are? i assume everyone needs them as everyone always says how much they hurt!

Congrats akabraces!

You will not regret this - might wonder why you are doing it at times when your mouth is tender...but overall it is not too bad..

...the spacers are not too bad - for me anyhow...they were more annoying than anything...your teeth are sore for a couple of days and that is it..although some people swear that it is the worst part...
