I got my braces off in mid-July, and I understand that teeth are supposed to settle. However, I'm a little concerned as my midline was perfectly even when the braces came off and now it is off by about a quarter of a tooth. Is this one of those things that just happens and I'm going to have to live with or is this not supposed to happen? Anyone have any insight?
That is definitely a valid concern, If your teeth shifted id say it could be a problem if your bite is off..or if your jaw feels dislocated or pops. Otherwise I think its up to you and whether or not it bother you.
