I am on Invisalign Express now. I am on my third tray and I can see results.
The first picture is me before Invisalign. The last picture is me on my third tray (I don't have the aligner in in that picture so you can see the bare tooth. And yes I have attachments).
The front tooth on my right (your left) just needs to be pulled in some more. Also, the miniscule space between my front teeth has closed as well. If the pics were both the same size, you could notice it more. I was worried at first. But, after 7 more trays, I should be happy.
I am done with my treatment. I just had Invsialign Express after all and no extractions. Perhaps my mouth is more "full" than it would have been without extractions but what's done is done. I was not going to pay an extra $5000 to go to the doctor who was pimping out the extraction method for me. Extractions can be useful but I did not think that my teeth were jacked up enough to pay that much extra and endure the extra hassle. Besides, fuller lips are an ethnic feature and I don't feel I should have to look at my lips as a problem to be corrected when it is but who I am. Anyway, I am quite happy with my teeth. I have Vivera Retainers. In this "after" pic, I have the retainers in!'
The bottom link shows how my teeth were looking before this treatment. They were becoming more "bucked" and crooked and my lowers (which you cannot see well in these pics) were getting crooked (just one pesky tooth though).
