Corticotomy?

#1 Post by Jen08 »

I'd like to know more about the Corticotomy procedure for expansion and the corretcion of a malocclusion.

Has anyone had this done as part of their orthodontic treatment?

I have a narrow top jaw and crossbite, but cannot have invasive surgery such as SARPE.

Please share your story and photos if possible, I need insight

Thanks

It is very much like a SARPE. Its used especially for people with long bones they get split in two. Basically they're still going to split your top jaw.
