Extaction gap finally closing! (Pics)

#1 Post by lelerz »

Awhile back ago, I posted a thread asking if my ortho had put on closing loops to close my extraction gap. Well to update:

What a difference! My midline is still off, but my smile is no longer so awkward/crooked. And well, it's a major plus not to have a big gaping hole in my teeth! The elastics have also helped my overbite tremendously. I am back to loving my braces again, hah!

It is really awesome to see visible movement again! I am finally starting to see the end of the road now.

Here's my updated Full Progress Compilation as well.

Great progress! I wish my gaps would close like yours. I had 4 extractions in May and only one gap is making progress. I still have gaping holes in my upper arch.

Your movement is just mega fantastic. Wow.

I did a search to find stories of people who had witnessed overbite correction and I've just been starring at your pic. I got braced around March and my major issue is my overbite. It's the only reason I got braces in the first place. I want my teeth to touch so bad.

Other than that, my teeth were fine and seeing the progress your teeth made is very encouraging
