I definitely had dry mouth. Over time (I would say 3 month mark was biggest improvement) it got better, but I still am about twice as dry at night as usual. Sleep with a humidifier and buy dry mouth products if you can

Ever since I got my braces I’ve had a dry mouth also everyday except the days I’m swimming which I find very weird but not only that I also have a dry lips a lot since having the braces I have found when you drink water keep a little bit in for atleast a few minutes and it will help reduce it but I still have found anything for my lips since lip balm and that don’t completely work

This is an older post, but some have used a product called Biotene for dry mouth...also, avoid mouthwashes with alcohol. Best of luck to you.
